It has a strong effect on gram-negative bacteria, such as Escherichia coli, Proteus, Salmonella, Haemophilus, Brucella and Pasteurella, but these bacteria are prone to drug resistance. Not sensitive to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Because its absorption in monogastric animals is better than aminocillin, the blood concentration is higher, so the effect on systemic infection is better. Suitable for sensitive bacteria

Pharmacokinetic amoxicillin is fairly stable to gastric acid, and 74% to 92% is absorbed after oral administration in monogastric animals. Gastrointestinal contents affect the rate of absorption, but do not affect the degree of absorption, so it can be mixed feeding. After the same dose of internal administration, the serum concentration of amoxicillin was 1.5 to 3 times higher than that of ampicillin.

[Drug interaction] (1) The combination of this product with aminoglycosides can increase the concentration of the latter in bacteria, showing a synergistic effect.

(2) Fast acting bacteriostatic agents such as macrolides, tetracycline and amide alcohols interfere with the bactericidal effect of this product and are not suitable for use.

[Usage and dosage] by this product. Internal administration: one dose, per 1kg body weight, chicken 0.2~0.3g, 2 a day

Times, continuous use of 5 days; Mix: 1 liter water per child, 0.6g chicken. For 3 to 5 days.
